• Preparing a report for ships in order to determine required maintenance and repairs together with ship owners/operators.
• Advise relevant solutions for required maintenance and repairs.
• Arrangement of available shipyards for required dates. (Compare Turkish shipyards for cost estimate, time schedule in order to recommend “suitable shipyards” to ship owner)

• Coordination with all component companies during repairing (or conversion works) with our professional team,
• Monitoring of all steps of works.
• Daily Reporting to owner.
• Drafting final shipyard report.
• Prepare the vessel for class Society,port authority and flag Administration inspections.
• If required by customer, technical support for import and/or export materials and equipment supply.

1- Steel renewal for relevant areas subject to result of ultrasonic thickness gauging measurement.
2- Piping renewalfor relevant areas subject to result of visual and/or pressure test and/or ultrasonic thickness gauging measurement.
3- Paint/coating works
4- Engine works: Main engine overhauls : shaft deflection, cylinder head mountings, air and fuel valves, pistons, liners, all engine bearings, turbocharger, fuel oil pump, ME governor, ME air blower, ME foundation bolts tightness control etc.
Auxiliary engines: Generators, alternator, all pumps, coolers, booster unit, all valves, compressors, boilers, incinerator, separators, starting air bottles, etc.
5- Electric works: Megger tests, electric motors overhaul and rewinding, alternator, switchboards maintenance, heater, calibration of meters, cable installation, ventilation fan and blowers
6- Electronic works: Radars, speed log, gyro compass, autopilot and rudder angle transmitters, echo sounder, radio survey, alarm systems.
7- Deckmachinery and outfitting: Lifting gears, all deck cranes, lifeboat and davits, rescue boats, all ladders and gangways, mooring winches & mooring equipments, hatch covers and hatch covers systems equipments (Hydraulic or winch systems),hatches, doors, windows etc.
8- Insulation and panel works
